I have the wonderful pleasure of working with Address Realty, a premier full service real estate brokerage based in Victoria BC. Unlike many discount brokerages who alienate their company's listings by offering Realtors "next to nothing" commission, at Address Realty we attract real estate agents by offering them the prevailing rate of commission.  In other words, the discounted commission that the seller pays comes directly from our side of the transaction - the buyer's agent receives his/her full commission.

Our rates are 5% on the first $100,000 and 2.5% on the balance (most Realtors charge 6% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance).  You will save thousands of dollars and sell your home faster by choosing me when you list your home.

Modern Advertising

With over 90% of home searches now starting on the Internet, a "traditional" marketing plan just isn't as effective as it used to be.  At the same time, a completely web based marketing plan isn't very effective either.

My own marketing plan for new listings involves a great deal of Internet marketing, in conjunction with traditional media and marketing methods, and sells homes faster.

I have a very strong presence on the web, connected to the world through many "social media" websites including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.  These websites help to disperse information to a tremendous audience in a very short amount of time, and can be incredibly effective when marketing a property.  In addition, my listings are always featured on the Canadian Real Estate Association's public website (MLS.ca), on my company website, and on AdamHales.com.
