- Access to the full Victoria MLS database - the same database that Realtors use - where you can freely search for properties using your own specific search criteria, save favorite listings, and eliminate listings that don't make the cut.
- Access to "Home Alerts" emails, which notify you when properties that match your search criteria are listed for sale. These emails can be turned off at any time without hassle.
- A short booklet filled with information about buying your first home. This booklet contains crucial information that could save you thousands of dollars on your mortgage, taxes, and maintenance costs.

- If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, you likely qualify for an exemption to the BC Property Transfer Tax, which could save you up to $7,000!
- The Federal Government will allow you to withdraw up to $50,000 from your RRSP, tax free, to put towards a down payment on your home!
- Offers from first time buyers are often preferred by sellers, even when they aren't the highest offer, because first time buyers come with "no strings attached" and the deals are much more likely to complete.

With a population of approximately 325,000, Victoria sits in a very picturesque setting with all of the amenities of a big city, but without the big city problems.

With a large number of high performing public, private, and catholic schools scattered throughout the city, Victoria is also home to 3 universities and 1 college, which all are well known for their high levels of educational achievement.
